Rainforcing Roofing and Exteriors PLLC has been working with me most of 2025 on a roof project. We had some hail damage to the roof the contractor came out to check on any damage. A number of shingles would need to be replaced. I contacted my insurance company and they sent out an inspector to look at the damage and said that X number of shingles should be replaced. My roofing contractor disagreed with the insurance company inspection. The insurance company sent out another inspector and he came up with different results. This was not an over night process, it took a number of weeks. The stile of shingles were no longer manufactured witch means all the shingles had to be replaced. The city inspector was called and told us that the sheeting under the shingles is not up to code and they would not ok the replacement of the shingles until the sheeting was replaced. We had to fight with the insurance company to get the sheeting replaced for the new shingles. This took almost a year to complete the project. I almost gave up trying to get this resolved but Rainforcing Roofing assured me that this was not uncommon. I’m very happy with the results. This past spring these folks did my roof, gutters, soffit, & fascia. My roof prior to their work had been leaking causing foundation settling and numerous cracks in walls. Water in my basement was not an uncommon thing. After they did their work as early as overnight lows would allow for them to install their products I noticed my furnace kicking on a little less. The biggest win though is the stoppage of any water in my basement. Also haven’t noticed any new cracks in my walls from further foundation settling. It’s early winter weather now, so their work has seen all of the elements and the work stands on its own. They do great work and don’t charge big name prices. I can’t sing their praises loud enough. Rainforce Roofing did a great job taking care of my roof. They did all the hard work with the insurance company even after they denied me. Miguel and his team was consistent with stepping up and proving to the insurance company that they were responsible for what I had been paying for with my coverage.
